The official role
Only in Leonida describes Boobie’s interests in real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. Together, they place him at the intersection of property, nightlife and music in Vice City. His partnership with Dre’Quan is the clearest named connection for following that music-business storyline.
The Only Raw Records connection
For a visual reference, open Boobie’s named section in the official people-and-places page and use its Rewatch Video control. Keeping that section attached to a screenshot helps identify him and distinguish the character’s introduction from a fan-written mission description.

What this profile does not tell you
The biography is a character introduction, not a mission walkthrough. It does not specify an interaction schedule, unlock requirement or player ownership of his businesses. Those would need information from the playable game or more specific official documentation.
Use the official profile when identifying a character in promotional material. Keep the character name separate from any claimed performer name unless that attribution has its own verified source.
Questions, answered.
Does his biography confirm player-run businesses?
No. A character’s business interests do not establish a player-management mechanic.
