Understand what the current storefront serves

The Cfx announcement describes a phased rollout with selected creators and categories such as props, scripts, and maps. Read the current listing for each resource to understand the exact game, framework, and version it supports.

A marketplace brand is not a universal compatibility promise. The buyer still needs to confirm installation requirements, dependencies, update policy, and whether the license covers the intended use. Save those details with the purchase record.

Evaluate a resource before buying

A beautiful demo can show how an asset looks in the creator’s environment without showing what it takes to reproduce the result in yours. Ask what is included and what is merely visible in the demonstration.

  • Check supported game versions and framework dependencies.
  • Read installation instructions before committing to a complex resource.
  • Confirm the scope of support and whether future updates are included.
  • Look for clear license terms and limits on redistribution.
  • Check whether the demo uses additional paid assets not included in the listing.

Prepare a creator listing that answers real questions

Describe the problem the asset solves, the intended user, installation steps, dependencies, and known limitations. Use screenshots from the actual deliverable and make it clear when a scene includes separate resources.

Support quality is part of the product. Keep a changelog, a reproducible bug-report template, and a way to communicate compatibility changes. A concise, accurate listing builds more trust than a broad claim that something works with every server.

What this means for Magnate’s future marketplace

Magnate currently provides discovery and education, not a live asset checkout. A future commercial product needs its own assessment of supported games, distribution permissions, and the applicable platform terms.

Current creator-platform rules specifically restrict some third-party aggregation and sales models. The existence of an official marketplace does not authorize any independent marketplace to copy that model. Before committing to a commercial structure, review the current agreement and obtain any permission the structure requires.

Questions, answered.

Is Cfx Marketplace a GTA VI marketplace?

Its official launch announcement describes FiveM and RedM. Do not infer GTA VI support from that announcement.

Can I buy assets on Magnate right now?

No. Magnate’s current marketplace section is an educational briefing with links to current first-party sources.
